  2. How do I delete my picture?

    Log in to My Account or if you are logged in, click on My Account, then go to my classified listings, click on the edit listing icon (middle icon under function), then scroll down to image(s) and check the picture(s) you want to delete and save changes.

  3. How do I post a FREE ad?

    You click on post ad under classified. Then you pick the Listing Type and Listing Category. You put in subject and description. Put in the number 0 under price. Upload a free picture and complete the rest of the form. If you do not want to upload a picture, skip over it.

    If you want to sell something for FREE, where it says Price put in the amount you want your product to sell for.

    When you click on Post AD and you see LISTING TYPE-If you see (FREE) next to your Listing Type category then your ad is totally free. EX. For Sale(FREE)-Go ahead and complete the form because your ad is FREE with a picture.

  4. How do I edit classified listings?

    Log in to My Account or if you are logged in, click on My Account, then go to my classified listings, click on the edit listing icon (middle icon under function).

  5. Who should leave a feedback for a seller?

    You should only leave a feedback if you purchased something from the seller you are writing a comment about. If you write in the customer feedback, your comment(s) maybe deleted if the seller report you as a non- customer and/or you have left misleading, false, or inappropriate comment(s) that is meant to destroy the sellers reputation in the for-sale section. Your account may be deleted at the sellers request with no notice to you if NicolesGuide.com finds the sellers complaints to be true upon completion of the investigation.

    No, you can read News, and take polls, (in the News section) or search the classified.

    Click on the picture twice. Do not double click quickly

  11. How do I access the next picture?

    Once you have opened one picture, place your mouse in the right corner of the picture and the next button will appear. If you want to access the previous picture, place your mouse in the left corner of the picture.

  12. What should be reported as abuse?

    Inappropriate comments, pictures, see terms of use.

  13. Who can delete a comment made in for sale-customer feedback?

    Admin. If someone made a comment about your product or about you that is false or misleading or inappropriate or that person never purchased anything from you, please click on the report this listing link and tell us about it. We will review your concerns and delete that comment, if your concerns are proven to be true.

    You can include the number of month(s) you would like the ad to run for on your credit card payment form and we will deduct the payments from credit card for as long as you request. If you want to cancel payments for future ads, go into your account and cancel. You must cancel ads before they are posted on the site. We do not give refunds for any ads posted on NicolesGuide.com.

    1 month, unless you pay for a longer lifespan.

    Yes, we may charge a fee to post content in some areas of the service. The fee is an access fee permitting content to be posted in a designated area. Each party posting content; to NicolesGuide.com is responsible for said content and compliance with our terms of service. All fees paid will be non-refundable. We charge a fee for, Help Wanted, Rental, Real Estate, Banner Ads, Display Ads and Business ads. All classified listing includes one free picture; any additional pictures cost .55 each.

America's Favorite Student Tuition Assistance Program

  1. Who should apply for AFS Tuition Assistance?

    Anyone who needs money for college and is registered for at-least 12 credits per semester or anyone who needs assistance paying back student loans and meet America's Favorite Student Tuition Assistance (AFSTA) household income guideline.

    Whatever GPA is required by the college you plan on attending.

  3. What is America's Favorite Student Tuition Assistance contract?

    AFSTA agreement contract request that all recipient will return any money not used if the AFSTA recipient drops out of college or decide to not attend college. This form should be signed and notarized by the AFSTA recipient. Any returned money will be added to that contest year. All AFSTA recipients are required to submit transcript of college enrollment (with the exception of winners that received the college loan repayment assistance).

  6. What is AFSTA household income guideline?

    AFS Tuition Assistance household guideline are 25k for individual college student(s) or have a family combined income of 55k. We request 3 years of W2 from all winners of the AFS tuition assistance program. If the AFS winner is still living with their family, W2's will be requested for one or both parents. If you or your family made more than the required household income, we consider financial hardships due to medical reasons, lost of job or natural disaster.

    Yes, you can go to the home page, click on donate and complete the online form.

  8. Do you solicit donation by mail, email or the phone?

    No, if anyone contacts you using our name requesting money by email, mail, or phone, do not give any money.

  9. I am American and live outside the US can I get the AFSTA award?

    No, only a United States Citizen or Resident that are physically residing in the 50 United States and DC during the contest period (excluding Guam, Puerto Rico and US military installations and territories).

  10. Do I have to attend college right away if I won the AFSTA award?

    Yes, you are required to attend college within the same year you receive the award.

  11. When can I expect the AFSTA award check to arrive?

    Within 3 to 6 weeks, after we receive the college/university name, or book store name, lender(s) and signed and notarized AFS contract agreement.

Fraud/Safety

  1. How do I avoid fraud?

    Never wire money on western union or money gram unless it is to someone you know; avoid fake cashier checks and fake money orders. Report all fraud to the Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3). Report online complaints to Federal Trade Commission (FTC).

    If you are shipping overseas South Africa, Nigeria, or Singapore make sure you are NOT using Western Union Bid Pay Money Order because you will be the victim of fraud. In order to verify money order you can contact Western Union and give them the serial number of your money order and they will confirm if it is real or counterfeit.

    If you are using Paypal as your source of payment, you must contact Paypal and make sure you are shipping to a {confirmed} Paypal account holder. (If the shipping address is unconfirmed Do Not ship to that address-, read Paypal’s sellers protection policy). If you have received payment via a credit card, you must ship to the credit card account holders billing address ONLY. (This information is in the authorization number provided to you from your Merchant Credit Card Processor).
